Get Config Files

Download from the private GitHub repo (access already granted):

github.com/EvilSpaceGoblins/routes

Code → Download ZIP → unzip → open opencode/

Install OpenCode

Pick one for your OS:

• Linux: curl -fsSL https://opencode.ai/install.sh | bash
• macOS: brew install opencode-ai/tap/opencode
• Windows: irm https://opencode.ai/install.ps1 | iex (Admin)
• Desktop: AppImage / .dmg / .exe

✅ Verify: opencode --version

Copy Config

Copy opencode.json to your config folder:

• Linux: ~/.config/opencode/
• macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/opencode/
• Windows: %APPDATA%\opencode\

Creates folder if needed, overwrites existing.

Add API Key

i, dave, will provide the key (format: sk-abc123...)

Environment variable (recommended):

# Linux/macOS
export OMNIROUTE_API_KEY="sk-your-key"
echo 'export OMNIROUTE_API_KEY="sk-your-key"' >> ~/.bashrc && source ~/.bashrc

# Windows (PowerShell)
[Environment]::SetEnvironmentVariable("OMNIROUTE_API_KEY", "sk-your-key", "User")

✅ Verify: echo $OMNIROUTE_API_KEY

Run OpenCode!

• CLI: opencode
• Web: opencode serve → opencode.ai
• Desktop: Launch from Applications/Start Menu
